End of themes of the month of July

The month of July ends. As we defined it, we are going to go to three other
themes during the month of August.  
  
We propose you to finish at the end this week the discussion on the three
themes following:  
  
3.4 Giving Partnership back its Meaning  
  
3.5 Globalization wih a human face   
  
3.6 Putting Actors at the Heart of European Co-operation   
  
+ perhaps the theme that becomes permanent: 3.3 Transforming Procedures and
Practices

Tell us, also, if you are interested in pursuing theme 3.3.  
  
The summary of the week will be published Monday and a summary of the month
gone by is going to follow.  
  
Note: You will be able to continue to send contributions on themes of June
and July however but they won't be put to the floor on the forum. They will
be published on the Web site in the archive section (just select the
corresponding month to the theme involved) and their content will be
integrated into the final discussion of the month of October on the whole
of themes.

Fin des themes du mois de juillet

Le mois de juillet se termine. Comme nous l'avons defini, nous allons
passer a trois autres themes pendant le mois d'aout.

Nous vous proposons de terminer a la fin de cette semaine la discussion sur
les trois themes suivant :

3.4 Redonner son sens au partenariat

3.5 Faire la mondialisation au visage humain

3.6 Mettre les acteurs au coeur de la cooperation europeenne

+ peut-etre le theme qui devient permanent : 3.3 Transformer les procedures
et les pratiques.

Faites savoir, egalement, si vous voulez que l'on poursuive le theme 3.3.

La synthese de la semaine sera publiee lundi et une synthese du mois ecoule
va suivre.

Nota bene : Vous pourrez toutefois continuer a envoyer des contributions
sur les themes de juin et juillet mais elles ne seront pas mises en debat
sur le forum. Elles seront publiees sur le site Web dans la partie archives
(il suffira de selectionner le mois correspondant au theme concerne) et
leur contenu sera verse au debat final du mois d'octobre sur l'ensemble des
thematiques.


3 nouveaux themes pour le mois d'aout

Donc a partir de lundi 2 aout, nous allons discuter des themes suivants
(pour chacun de ces themes, nous vous invitons a lire ou a relire les
propositions issues du Seminaire de Bruxelles des 6 et 7 avril 1999) :

Apres le mois d'aout

Pour memoire, nous aborderons au mois de septembre :

3.10 Faire de l'aide budgetaire un processus collectif d'evolution de la
gouvernance

3.11 Appuyer les acteurs et les processus en combinant la Convention de
Lome et le budget propre de la l'Union Europeenne

3.12 Engager, avec l'implication des fonctionnaires une dynamique de
changement au sein de la Commission

+ 4. La necessite d'un effort conjoint du Parlement et de la Commission
Europeenne

pratiques. Enfin, en octobre, vous aurez la possibilite de debattre en
