Doctor in Law, I am currently teaching assistant to the National university
of Benin (Cotonou). I had the opportunity to be able to bring my
participation to the first phase of capitalization of decentralized
cooperation experiences in Benin for the FPH (Foundation for the Progress
of Humankind - Paris). This mission gave me the opportunity to be
interested closely in agreements of cooperation and especially to the
EU-ACP convention.
This forum will give me the opportunity to study thoroughly these
considerations in order to, I hope, create a dynamics with the national
Africans by informing them of these exchanges and the results of these
latter.
