I am general manager of the Charles Léopold Mayer Foundation
for the progress of Humankind.
In this context, I facilitate the team as whole. I am otherwise in charge
direct of 2 programs: " the governance and the renewal of relationship
between public authorities and society ". It is in this context that I
wrote with André Talmant "l’Etat au coeur" that formulates principals
challenges of the governance at the level of the local and the global from
considerations on the practices of public organizations and I have
facilitates the thinking process on Lomé.
I facilitate the program " Art of the peace " otherwise. Its action is
centered on 7 programs (AVE future of the planet, ECO for a solidary
society, INO Sciences, technologies and societies, ETA State and society,
APM family farming, societies and globalization, DIV, Intercultural, PAX
Construction of the peace) and 5 policies: COM Policy of publication and
communication, DPH network DPH of experience sharing, REN meetings of
Saint-Sabin, CAP policy of capitalization of the experience, INI, policy of
incitement of initiative) always approached on a cross-analysis North and

Through these programs, the FPH ties contacts in all continents and in
different contexts. It is among others these contacts that made possible to
undertake very quickly the compilation of case studies in the thinking
process of Lomé.
The FPH has also immensely invested in experience sharing and it is in this
setting that it speared in 1986 what became the international network of
DPH experience sharing.
