Lecturer at the University of Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV, I teach " the
economy of development " in the undergraduate Economics department, and "
the economy of Africa " and " adjustment and development " in two different
PhD programs (Diplômes d'Etudes Approfondies).
My activities of research are linked closely to Africa. They focus on the
economic problems of the continent: structural adjustment in all its
components, external relations, and more especially relations with the
European Union.
My consultant's activities have led me to work on the assessment of the
Conventions of Lomé.
Finally, I lived and worked for 13 years in Africa, which made it possible
for me to be filled with the reality of this continent.
