Introductions

I am a doctor (public health) of training and preside a young NGO that specifically takes care of the health of Reproduction among young people and teenagers (family programming, sexually transferable illnesses, the AIDS, pregnancies non wanted, the clandestine abortions and the support to unwed mothers). Which does that we are in constant contact with the rural young people.

I confess that whoever is interested to the development can feel a certain pessimism considering the disproportion between the huge sums that have been dedicated and the meager results obtained.

I hope well that this discussion will contribute to set up a mechanism making possible that the allocated funds arrive to the true recipients and not in numbered accounts of leaders.
