Introductions

Economist by training, I was for a few years, both in charge of economic studies in the field of the environment, and assistant program manager within the Alliance for a Responsible and United World, for the Charles Léopold Mayer Foundation.

As of 1995, I participated in the setting up of communication tools at the service of this same Alliance (design, set-up and maintenance of the Web site, electronic forum moderation, setting up of a remote participation methodology for meetings).

Since 1999, as an independent consultant, I work on the development of tools and remote communication methodologies for people, groups or networks sharing common concerns and interests (Barcelona 99: information sharing and preparation of a meeting on the topic of the future of the European countryside; EU-ACP Forum - EU-ACP Forum: public debate among the actors of European Union - ACP country cooperation; platform of exchange for the formulation of proposals in view of orienting the use of the NICT in Africa toward the human development). These methodologies are based on the coupling of distribution lists and Web sites, multilingual communication, a good organization of information, mediation, and continued support.
