		Introduction : We coordinate an informal network of financial backers backing programs of support to the African media. This network, which exists since 4 years ago, has the objective to encourage the information sharing and considerations between lessors intervening in one same field. Members of the network are some bilateral, multilateral and private lessors (foundations) of Europe and America of the North. The new media pluralism context in Africa in the South of the Sahara is accompanied by a growth of needs of the sector of media, this last being linked very closely to the processes of democratization undertaken. Thus, financial backers that back programs in favor of this sector wished to be found in an informal exchange framework.
