Introduction :

I am president of Oridev, a NGO that does the promotion of Technologies of information and the Communication for development and member of two other NGOs that takes care of the development. Questions of cooperation (with regard to the emergence of African countries more precisely) intervene in activities of each of these structures in which I militate and this forum interested me then necessarily.
