Engineer / trainer in Water Resources and Forestry exercising
in development for more than 15 years. Since 1995, I am in special adviser
for the West Africa Rural Foundation (WARF) which is acrtive in Gambia, in
Guinea Bissau, in Republic of Guinea, Mali and Senegal.
The WARF is
specialized in the development of subsidies to reinforce local organization
capacities (NGO and farmers' organizations), through the diffusion of
participatory method in all the process of a development program. I am part
of the educational team and travel the whole of these countries to form
local actors, to facilitate the collective reflection and to facilitate the
developpment of grassroots partnerships.
