Introduction :

I am Mouandjo Nseke, project director of the Health and Environment Program, international consultant on TRIPs (Trade-related Aspects Intellectual Property Rights) and the environment.

I am a researcher in social studies and this discussion interested me greatly since Lomé 5 needs to be a decisive turn for the ACP countries which hitherto have not felt at ease after the last 4 conventions. I work with a team of researchers and with the Health and Environment Program.
