This is a late introduction. Enda is an African NGO whose headquarters are in Dakar, Senegal. The organisation works on different development issues. The team I work in (Syspro2) works on international policy advocacy issues. I am working on Policy Advocacy in the context of the Lomé Convention. One of our primary objectives has been to build the capacity of civil society organisations in the West African region to engage in advocacy in the post-Lomé IV debate.
I have read with much interest the discussions so far and look forward to participating more actively.
