		Introduction:   I'm a Director of a national NGO and part of my duties includes fund raising. I have been able to approach the European Union office in my country (Kenya) for support to facilitate implementation of community projects without knowing exactly how it functions. My participation in this forum will place me in a better position to understand the EU-ACP cooperation. At the conclusion of the forum I should have relevant information on the new implementation procedures of the European Aid.
