Introduction :

As responsible for publications of the North-South Center of the Council of Europe, based in Lisbon, I am editor in chief of The Interdependent that some members of the Forum receive. The North-south Center is an intergovernmental organization that has as its aim to raise the awareness of the European public opinion to the complex and multiple relations that exist between Europe and the other continents (in particular in the Euro-African and Euro-Mediterranean context).

I am also an independent consultant in the field of communication for development and a journalist. Author of some reports of the EU-ACP file.
