Introductions

Consultant in management of European cooperation policies and in decentralized cooperation. My commitment and my participation in this process of analysis, considerations and public debate on the role of actors and processes in the EU-ACP cooperation, conducted me to another way to see cooperation and relations between actors of this system. The efficiency of its renovation in a period of institutional upheavals within the Commission and evolution of the European Union on the one hand and the commitment of a new African generation on the other hand, will depend on the quality and the veracity of the dialogue between all partners and at every level. We need to reconsider and to rebuild our systems of relations, of information, listening. This forum was an astonishing test in its progression and its teachings, I am convinced that it won't be without a following, already several initiatives are going in this direction.
